What is THINSPO to you?
Thinspo is different for different people but I class thinspo as an image that;
- makes you feel envious and wish that you were that person instead of yourself.
- makes you feel not good enough and like you need to change things about yourself to be more like the person in the image.
- makes you feel that the person photographed is perfect and flawless and therefore their life must be perfect too.
So if images illicit this kind of response from you the answer is quite simply BAN IT from your blog. You are beautiful just as you are and you need to be nobody but yourself ever <3
How do you classify thinspo? Perhaps you can add to the list?
The question shouldn’t be, ‘am I thin or fat?’ The question should be, ‘am I unhealthy or healthy?’
